Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- about 1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar, divided
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. peanut butter
Directions

1Combine pecans and 1 cup powdered sugar; sprinkle evenly over a large sheet of waxed paper and set aside.

2Melt marshmallows in top of a double boiler; stir in peanut butter.

3Pour mixture over powdered sugar-pecan mixture.

4Mix with hands until pecans and sugar are blended into marshmallow mixture and mixture resembles soft dough.

5Shape into 2 rolls, 1-inch in diameter.

6Let stand about 45 minutes.

7Roll candy in remaining powdered sugar.

8Let stand 30 minutes.

9Cut into 1/4-inch slices.

10Store in a covered container, separating

11layers with waxed paper.
