  • 14 cup butter, cubed
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 12 lbs salmon fillets

    Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until almonds are browned, stirring twice.
