- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1/2 c. fresh peas, cooked
- 4 slices bread, toasted and grated
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Remove skin and bones from the salmon, but do not drain.

2Mix salmon and liquid together with the remaining ingredients.

3Place in greased casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4.
