  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
  • 1/2 c. fresh peas, cooked
  • 4 slices bread, toasted and grated
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Remove skin and bones from the salmon, but do not drain.

    Mix salmon and liquid together with the remaining ingredients.

    Place in greased casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4.
