- 2 cups rolled oats (not quick)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup wheat bran
- 13 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cup margarine, softened
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions

1Combine all of the dry ingredients.

2Add margarine to the dry mixture until crumbly.

3Melting the margarine helps.

4Add egg, vanilla, and water.

5Form into a dough.

6Divide the dough into 16 bars, approximately 1/2 inch thick.

7Bake at 350F for 15 minutes on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

8Flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
