  • 12 oz. oatmeal (quick cooking; 3 1/2 c.)
  • 6 oz. or 3/4 c. white and light brown sugar, mixed
  • 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt butter in a large saucepan and add oatmeal, sugar and vanilla.

    Press down in a pan and cook 12 to 15 minutes in a 350° oven.
