  • 1 c. quick oats
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Pour boiling water over oats; stir in oleo.

    Add sugars, eggs, flour, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350° in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
