  • 1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
  • 2 eggs, beaten or equivalent Egg Beaters
  • 2 c. Vegeburger
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients well.

    Saute onion in oil.

    Add salt, basil and oregano.

    Blend all ingredients together and place in buttered casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 60 minute or until done.

    Yields 6 servings.
