- 2 c. rolled oats, measured after grinding in blender
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. any dried fruit, chopped
- fruit juice (any kind)
Directions

1Put the egg in a cup.

2Add fruit juice to measure a cup. Combine oats, baking powder and salt.

3Combine honey, oil, juice, egg and dried fruit.

4Mix together until blended.

5Fill and slightly mound in greased muffin tins.

6Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until done.

7Makes about 12 muffins.
