  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 c. wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. oats

Directions

    Beat egg; add other liquid ingredients.

    Blend thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

    Stir in oats.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

    Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
