  • 16 oz. Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
