Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
  • 2/3 c. Log Cabin syrup or Karo syrup (dark)
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 boxes (8 each) Bama or Pepperidge Farm frozen tart shells

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together; pour into frozen tart shells. Will make 12 to 14 tarts if you fill the tarts half full.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes on a cookie sheet.
