  • 2 ounces single-malt Scotch
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 ounce nocino (walnut liqueur)
  • 1/2 ounce heavy cream
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pinch of freshly ground pepper

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add the Scotch, Grand Marnier, nocino and cream and shake well.

    Strain into a snifter and garnish with the nutmeg and pepper.
