  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 5 Tbsp. ice water

    Roll 1/2 dough at a time between 2 pieces of waxed paper; dampen bottom piece of paper slightly.

    Peel off top paper, flip into pie plate.

    Yield: Pastry for one 2-crust pie.
