Ingredients
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 1 Egg
- 1 Wiener (or bacon or ham)
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 100 ml Dashi stock (1 teaspoon of granulated dashi + water is also OK)
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions
-
1Mix the okara and the egg together and set aside.
-
2Cut the wiener into whatever sized pieces you like (I used Spam).
-
3Mince the leek (or whatever vegetables).
-
4Lightly oil a heated frying pan and cook the wieners and leek.
-
5Lightly season with salt and pepper.
-
6Once the leek has wilted, add the okara and cook until it's generally broken up.
-
7Mix everything together, then add the dashi stock and cook to your desired moistness.
-
8Use salt and pepper to adjust the taste and it's complete.
