  • 1 lb. fresh okra, cut up or 1 box frozen okra
  • onion slices
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 strips bacon, cut in pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Cut okra into slices or leave whole if small.

    Fry bacon pieces in a skillet, along with the onion.

    Add okra and fry until it gets gooey.

    Add the tomatoes, undrained, and vinegar.
