  • 1 lb okra
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp whole leaf oregano
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 water for thinning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp sweet basil

Directions

    Preheat oven 425 Fahrenheit

    Mix the oregano, basil, celery salt, onion powder, garlic sweetener, and tomato paste.

    Melt butter in a saucepan.

    Add the tomato paste mixture.

    Add water as needed.

    Till its thin as you like.

    Split the okra lengthwise add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and in the opening, and out side of okra.

    Then add parmesan cheese to the opening only.

    Put okra on a baking pan put into oven.

    Bake till browned.
