  • 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon (packed) golden brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 9-inch doily
  • Powdered sugar

    Whisk eggs and milk together; stir into apple mixture (batter will be thick).
