  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 c. sour apples, diced
  • 3/4 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c. nuts

    Mix oil, eggs and sugar.

    Mix and stir in diced apples and nuts.

    Bake in a sheet pan, 13 x 9-inch or 2 (9 x 9-inch) pans, at 350° until firm.
