- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 c. dry bread cubes
- 1 c. chicken broth
Directions

1In a saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender but not brown.

2Remove from heat and stir in sage, salt and pepper.

3Place the dry bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.

4Add the onion mixture.

5Drizzle with enough broth to moisten, tossing lightly.

6Use to stuff one 10-pound turkey.
