  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

    In double boiler mix milk, salt, sugar, flour on med.

    heat 5 minute stir constantly.

    Lightly beat yolks, temper with a little hot milk, add to double boiler, stir constantly for 2 minute.

    Chill in fridge or freezer till cool, add vanilla and evaporated milk.

    Follow ice cream freezer instructions.
