- 600 g cod
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 6 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- parsley, for garnish (optional)
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions

1Boil potatoes in salted water until cooked, drain and put in a deep serving dish.

2meanwhile cut Cod into serving pieces and cook in a pan with water for 3 to 4 minutes.

3then drain well and put aside.

4heat olive oil in pan until hot, add garlic slices and remove from heat.

5dip Cod in olive oil and garlic mixture, do NOT throw out this olive oil.

6add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil/garlic to another pan and place cod in it.

7top cod with bread crumbs and fry for 6 to 8 minutes.

8when done place cod in serving dish with potatoes, and pour all the olive oil over it.

9garnish with parsely.

10when serving squeeze lemon juice over cod and potatoes and add a few dashes of tabasco sauce if desired.
