Ingredients
- 1 whole fryer (3 lb.)
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 heaping Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. chicken stock or broth
- 2 Tbsp. milk or cream
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells
Directions

1Boil chicken in salted water.

2When chicken is very tender, remove from stock, reserving the stock.

3Cool, then take meat off the bones.

4Cut chicken meat into bite size pieces.

5In a skillet, melt the margarine.

6Add the flour, salt and pepper; stir.

7Slowly add the chicken stock, stirring to keep mixture smooth, then add milk.

8Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.

9Remove from heat.

10Add chicken and chopped eggs; mix well.
