- 1 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1 c. pecans
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add sugar, syrup, salt, nuts and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

3Bake in slow oven at 325° for 50 minutes.

4Pecans will float to the top and brown if baked slowly.
