- 2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. oleo
- nutmeg
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Blend eggs and sugar; add salt and flavoring.

2Slowly add scalded milk, while stirring.

3Pour into pastry lined 9-inch pie shell.

4Sprinkle with nutmeg and dot with butter.

5Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until firm.
