- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. finely chopped dates
- 1/2 c. English walnuts
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients; beat eggs until light.

2Add sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.

3Add molasses and sour cream and beat well.

4Gradually add dry ingredients.

5Fold in dates and nuts.

6Spread evenly in a 15 x 10-inch pan, greased.
