- 6 pork chops
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 onions, cut in slices
- 1 green pepper
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. regular rice
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Brown chops well on both sides in foil in a skillet.

2Remove and put in baking pan.

3Brown onion slices in juice from chops. Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a boiling point.

4Pour over chops after laying onion slices on them.

5Cover with foil.

6Bake about an hour, depending on the thickness of the chops and until rice is done.
