- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
- 3/4 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped tomato
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix spinach and onion; set aside.

3Beat cheeses and seasonings in a small bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.

4Stir in spinach mixture. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate.

5Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

6Top with remaining ingredients (cheese and tomato).
