  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
  • 4 green onions, with tops, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 loaves French bread

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well.

    Slice bread into halves lengthwise.

    Spread mixture on bottom halves of bread.

    Replace tops.

    Slice bread to, but not through, bottom.

    Wrap in foil.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: 20 servings.
