- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup scalded milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 large marshmallows
Directions

1Beat the egg until light, add the sugar and salt and then stir in the scalded milk.

2cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens --

3remove at once from the fire and pour into a serving dish.to cool.

4make a small cavity in each marshmallow.

5fill with any bright colored jelly and place on top of the pudding.

6Heat in a 325* oven until the marshmallows are puffy --
