- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. salad olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Slowly add milk and eggs.

3Mix well, then add olives, pimentos and nuts.

4Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan.

5Set aside for 20 minutes, then bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6Makes 1 large loaf.

7Great served with cream cheese.
