- 8 cups Pitted black olives
- 10 cups Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 2 cups Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 2 cups roasted red peppers, chopped
- 8 loaves French bread loaves, each cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
Directions

1Process olives in food processor until finely chopped.

2Place in large bowl.

3Add 2 cups of the dressing (or 1/4 cup of the dressing for trial recipe), cheese and peppers; mix lightly.

4Refrigerate until ready to serve.

5Brush remaining dressing evenly onto both sides of bread slices.

6Place in sheet pans.

7Bake in 350F standard oven 5 min.

8on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides.

9Top with olive mixture just before serving.
