  • 8 cups Pitted black olives
  • 10 cups Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
  • 2 cups Kraft Shredded Parmesan
  • 2 cups roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 8 loaves French bread loaves, each cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

Directions

    Process olives in food processor until finely chopped.

    Place in large bowl.

    Add 2 cups of the dressing (or 1/4 cup of the dressing for trial recipe), cheese and peppers; mix lightly.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Brush remaining dressing evenly onto both sides of bread slices.

    Place in sheet pans.

    Bake in 350F standard oven 5 min.

    on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides.

    Top with olive mixture just before serving.
