- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. flour
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked pie shell
Directions

1Combine sugar, flour and salt in saucepan.

2Add milk and egg yolks (reserve egg whites for topping).

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

4Stir in margarine and vanilla.

5Pour into baked (cooled) pie crust.

6Cool. Makes 1 pie.
