  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 loaf (1 pound) unsliced French bread
