- 1 (5 oz.) glass English Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- dash of salt
- 48 olives (medium size), drained and dried
Directions

1Cut butter and cheese into flour.

3Form into small balls.

4Form around olives and seal well.

5Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

6Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until brown. Yields 48 balls.
