  • 1 (5 oz.) glass English Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 48 olives (medium size), drained and dried

Directions

    Cut butter and cheese into flour.

    Add salt.

    Form into small balls.

    Form around olives and seal well.

    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes or until brown. Yields 48 balls.
