Olive Filled Cheese Balls

- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 25 medium olives, very well drained
Directions

1Cream the cheese

4Blend in flour and cayenne pepper.

7too dry, add 2 teaspoons water. Make a ball.

8Wrap about 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive to cover completely.

9Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
