Olive-Onion Pie

- 1 c. ripe olives
- 2 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- pastry for single (9-inch) crust
- paprika
Directions

1Cut olives into large pieces.

2Cook onions slowly in butter in covered pan for 5 to 10 minutes until transparent.

3Beat eggs; add sour cream, salt and pepper and beat again.

4Stir in onions and olives and turn into pastry-lined pie pan.

5Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in hot oven (425°) for 10 minutes.

6Reduce heat to moderate (350°) for about 25 to 30 minutes longer or until set in center. Serve hot.

7Serves 6 to 8.
