- 1 pkg. reduced fat cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 tsp. fat-free milk
- 1/3 c. each finely chopped sweet red, green and yellow peppers
- 1 can chopped ripe olives; drained
- 2 Tbsp. ranch salad dressing mix
- 6 flour tortillas
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth; stir in the peppers, olives, and dressing mix.

2Spread over tortillas.

3Roll up jelly-roll style; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

4Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

5Just before serving, cut into 1 in. pieces.
