  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk, plus
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pepperoni, diced
  • 14 cup chopped stuffed olives

Directions

    In a large bowl combine the flour,sugar,baking powder,salt,oregano and baking soda.

    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese,eggs, milk and oil until smooth.

    Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

    Fold in the pepperoni and olives.

    Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.

    Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
