  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 cups assorted olives, pitted
  • 1 None yellow pepper, cored, cut into small stars
  • 10 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions

    Mix together cream cheese, herbs de Provence, celery salt and garlic powder until smooth.

    Wrap a 24 inch styrofoam cone with plastic wrap. Use a little cream cheese to adhere cone to a serving platter then spread remaining cream cheese over cone. Chill for 1 hour.

    Press olives into cone, using toothpicks to secure. Secure stars onto cone using toothpicks then insert rosemary sprigs into spaces between olives and at base.
