- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
- 1 salt, to taste
- 1 pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata or other cured black olives
Directions

1Place extra virgin olive oil and the garlic, lemon juice, and olives in a food processor or blender until well blended.

2Or, you can use a fork to mash everything in a small bowl until they become a paste.

3Taste for seasoning.

4Add salt and pepper to taste, and more lemon juice as necessary.
