- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Beat eggs lightly in bowl.

2Add flour and salt; mix until smooth.

3Stir in milk gradually.

4Melt butter in 9 x 12-inch baking pan.

5Pour into batter.

6Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

7Let stand until slightly cooled and butter is absorbed.

8Serve with legon. Yield:
