  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • juice and rind of 2 lemons or 5 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
  • 2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Beat together for 5 minutes the first 5 ingredients with an electric mixer.

    Pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
