- 1 1/3 c. (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.

3Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

4Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

5Immediately remove from cookie sheet.

6Makes about 18.
