Ingredients
- 6 toasted slices bread, crumbled
- 1 lb. sausage, crumbled and cooked
- 4 eggs or egg substitute
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. favorite dry cereal (corn flakes)
- 1 pt. milk
Directions

1Mix milk and eggs together; pour over all ingredients except cereal.

2Sprinkle cereal on top.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Note:

4May be made day before and kept in refrigerator overnight. Great for large breakfast crowds.

5Give everyone coffee and by the time they are ready for cup 2, your breakfast is cooked.
