- 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can Italian-seasoned tomato sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 1/2 oz. spaghetti, broken (about 1/2 c.)
Directions

1Crumble ground beef into 1-quart microwave-safe casserole; add onion.

2Microwave on High, uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring once.

3Drain.

4Stir to break meat into small pieces.

5Add tomato sauce, water and spaghetti.

6Cover with casserole lid.

7Microwave on High 10 to 11 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring twice.

8Serve with Parmesan cheese. Makes about 2 servings, 275 calories each.
