Ingredients
- 12 slices bread
- 3 c. diced ham
- American cheese
- 5 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- butter
- pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Trim crust off all bread.

2Butter 6 slices and place buttered side down in 9 x 13-inch pan (glass preferred).

3Spread ham over bread.

4Top the ham with slices of cheese.

5Butter the other 6 slices of bread, place them on the cheese, buttered side up.

6In mixing bowl beat eggs and add milk and dash of pepper.

7Pour over ingredients in pan, melt 1/2 c. butter and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with paprika.

8Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
