Ingredients
- 2 envelopes yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (85~ to 110~)
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk, heated to lukewarm
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Combine buttermilk, sugar, oil and salt.

3Sift flour and soda into large bowl.

4Mix yeast with milk; add to flour mixture.

5Mix well.

6Let stand for 10 minutes. Roll out and cut.

7Melt butter in bottom of baking pan.

8Place rolls in pan, turning to butter top.

9Let stand 30 minutes.

10Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes.

11Makes 24 large rolls.
