Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.

2Place the milk, sugar, butter and salt in a pan.

3Heat until lukewarm.

4Add yeast and flour; mix well.

5Place in a greased bowl and brush the top with melted butter.

6Let rise for 15 minutes.

7Turn out onto a floured board.

8Pat until 3/4-inch thick.

9Cut into rounds with a floured biscuit cutter.

10Fold the rolls over and press the edges together lightly.

11Place on a greased baking sheet.

12Let rise 15 minutes.

13Bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes.

14Brush with melted butter.

15Makes about 3 dozen rolls.
