Squash Casserole

  • 2 1/2 yellow squash (small), sliced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Directions

    Cook squash until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.

    Drain in colander.

    Put in bowl.

    Add margarine while hot.

    Add other ingredients; mix well.

    Place in Pyrex dish; sprinkle top with stuffing mix.

    Dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes until bubbly and brown.
