- 2 1/2 yellow squash (small), sliced
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions

1Cook squash until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.

2Drain in colander.

3Put in bowl.

4Add margarine while hot.

5Add other ingredients; mix well.

6Place in Pyrex dish; sprinkle top with stuffing mix.

7Dot with margarine.

8Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes until bubbly and brown.
