One Pan Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 loin pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 small can tomato sauce, plus 1 can water
- 1 small can peas
- 1/2 c. each: sliced carrots, potatoes, onion and celery
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Bring all vegetables, except peas, to boil.

2Cook until done. Heat oven to 400°; brown pork chops in oven.

3Drain vegetables; place in oven with pork chops.

4Add tomato sauce plus water, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic; stir to cover all ingredients with sauce.

5Stir during cooking.

6Fifteen minutes before done, add peas.

7Cook until done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

8Serves 2 to 4.
